DIY Thigh massage

Give yourself a thigh massage.

Loosen up tight quads (front of leg) after sitting all day by rolling The Purple Pod or foam roller (found at sporting goods stores/amazon/walmart) on top of your thighs.

You also can use the palm of your hands to make small circles, working your way up the thigh from the knee. you may want to add some lotion or any house hold cooking oil so you don't stick to your skin or pull hair.

You can also lean forward and run your forearm in a single stroke along the thigh from the knee toward the torso.

Make several passes at slightly different angles (top and slightly side) along the thigh.
